Two rounds of revisions are included: one on the mockup, one on the developed site. Beyond that, each hour of changes is billed at $90 AUD, in 30-minute increments. A quote is always provided before any additional work.
The client fully owns the site: source code, design, domain name and associated accounts. Sillon keeps no rights or access after delivery.
The project is delivered in approved stages: mockup, then build. Each stage is signed off before moving to the next, which removes nasty surprises at the end. If, after the two included revision rounds, the result still isn't right, 50% of the amount is refunded and the files are handed over as-is.
The first three months of hosting and domain name are free. After that, a hosting and maintenance plan is available: $29 AUD per month for brochure sites, $79 AUD per month for online stores. This plan includes hosting, domain name, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, and one hour of changes per month. No lock-in contract.
Handover training is included at delivery: text, photos, hours and information can be updated on your own, with no help needed. For structural changes (new pages, new features), the rate is $90 AUD per hour, or a fixed quote beyond 4 hours.
Sillon works entirely remotely, by video call and messaging. Clients are supported from the Sunshine Coast, all across Australia and France.
A 50% deposit is required when the quote is signed. The balance is paid on delivery, before going live. Payment by bank transfer, to an Australian or European account. An invoice is always issued.
